Level 1: “Discover It”
Personal Leadership
Discovering and owning your own leadership capacity marks the beginning of your leadership journey. It is therefore the first requirement to complete the RM Barney Poole Leadership Academy certificate. From this foundation, you will be prepared to complete level 2 “Share It!” and level 3 “Inspire It!” modules.

Level 2: “Share It!”
Leading Others
“Share It” is the second level leading towards completion of the RM Barney Poole Leadership Academy certificate. Once you have discovered your leadership style in the level 1 module (“Discover It!”), you are now prepared to “Share It!” with whom you work, including colleagues, patients/clients, and peers. Successful completion of the level 2 module establishes the foundation to complete level 3 – “Inspire It!”.

Level 3: “Inspire It!”
As you continue to progress along your leadership journey, it is essential to apply lessons learned within your sphere of influence. This demonstrates mastery of the concepts and a lifelong commitment to leadership. “Inspire It!” is the third and final level to complete the RM Barney Poole Leadership certificate.
